Method

Biscuit Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Biscuit Dough

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk until just combined.

  2. 2

    Shape and Bake the Biscuits

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently. Pat into a 1-inch thick round. Cut out biscuits using a biscuit cutter and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Scrambled Eggs

  1. 3

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. 4

    Cook the Eggs

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently, until just set. Remove from heat.

Sandwich Assembly

  1. 5

    Assemble the Sandwich

Slice the baked biscuit in half. Layer the scrambled eggs on the bottom half, followed by the cheese and your choice of Berkshire bacon, house made sausage, or avocado. Top with the other half of the biscuit.

Homestyle Breakfast Potatoes

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the russet potatoes into small cubes. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  2. 7

    Cook the Potatoes

Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
