Steak Bomb Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Slice the ribeye steak into thin strips, chop the bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms, and mince the garlic.

  2. 2

    Cook the Steak

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the sliced steak, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the chopped bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  4. 4

    Combine Steak and Vegetables

Return the cooked steak to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Stir to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Steak Bomb

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the sub rolls on a baking sheet. Fill each roll with the steak and vegetable mixture, then top with provolone cheese slices.

  6. 6

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm. Enjoy your Steak Bomb!
