Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil until they are evenly coated.

Spread the cauliflower florets on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

Toss with Buffalo Sauce
Once baked, remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in buffalo sauce until well-coated.

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Mix all the ingredients until smooth and well combined.

Cover the ranch dressing and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
