Preparing the Nacho Base

Prepare the Tortilla Chips
Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet, ensuring they are not overlapping.

Heat the Smoked Brisket
If the smoked brisket is cold, shred and heat it in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through, about 5-7 minutes.
Making the Cheese Sauce

Melt the Cheese
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk, jalapeño juice, chili powder, and salt. Stir continuously until melted and smooth, about 5-10 minutes.
Assembling the Nachos

Layer the Nachos
Once the cheese sauce is ready, pour it over the tortilla chips evenly. Then, add the warm smoked brisket on top.

Add Jalapeños and Sour Cream
Sprinkle sliced jalapeños over the brisket and drizzle sour cream on top. Finish with chopped cilantro for garnish.
