Prepare the Lemongrass
Trim the lemongrass stalk by removing the tough outer layers, then finely chop the tender part of the stalk. Set aside.

Juice the Lime
Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice into a measuring cup, ensuring there are no seeds present.

Chop the Cilantro
Rinse the cilantro under cold water, then chop it roughly and set aside.
Mixing

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the mezcal, Azteca Azul tequila, dry Curacao, fresh lime juice, chopped cilantro, and lemongrass.

Shake Well
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Optionally, you can garnish with a cilantro sprig or a slice of lime.
