Prepare the Orange Juice
If using fresh oranges, juice them until you have approximately 2 cups of fresh orange juice. Strain to remove pulp if desired.

Chill the Champagne
Place the bottle of Champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Mixing the Mimosa

In a large pitcher, pour the freshly squeezed orange juice. Slowly add the chilled Champagne or sparkling wine, gently stirring to combine without losing too much carbonation.

Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes or glasses until they are about half full, then top off with more Champagne or sparkling wine as desired.
