Mojito Preparation
1. Muddle the Mint
In a sturdy glass, add the mint leaves and simple syrup. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush the mint leaves to release their oils.
2. Add Lime Juice and Rum
Pour in the fresh lime juice and Bacardí® Rum over the muddled mint and simple syrup.
3. Stir and Add Soda
Mix the ingredients gently to combine. Top off with soda water and stir lightly to incorporate.
4. Garnish
Add a lime wedge for garnish and a few extra mint leaves if desired. Serve over ice.
