1. Cook the Chicken

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. If using BBQ or buffalo sauce, brush it on the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking.

2. Slice the Chicken

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice the chicken into strips.

3. Assemble the Wrap

On each flour tortilla, layer fresh greens, sliced chicken, red onions, tomatoes, Monterey Jack cheese, and drizzle ranch dressing on top. Roll the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.

4. Serve

Cut the wraps in half and serve immediately, with extra ranch dressing on the side if desired.
