Boneless Wings Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Make the Batter

In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. In another bowl, beat the egg and mix with milk. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.

  3. 3

    Coat the Chicken

Dip each chicken piece into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.

  4. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  5. 5

    Fry the Wings

Carefully drop the battered chicken pieces into the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 4-6 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  6. 6

    Drain and Sauce

Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Toss the wings in either buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce, depending on your preference.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the boneless wings hot with additional sauce on the side, if desired.
