Method

Cucumber Tzatziki

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cucumber

Grate the cucumber and place it in a clean kitchen towel. Squeeze out excess moisture.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Chill

Cover and refrigerate the tzatziki for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Sumac Onion

  1. 4

    Slice the Onion

Thinly slice the red onion and place it in a bowl.

  2. 5

    Season the Onion

Add the sumac, olive oil, and salt to the onions. Toss to combine and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

Salmon

  1. 6

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat.

  2. 7

    Prepare the Salmon

Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 8

    Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky.

Naan and Chips

  1. 9

    Warm the Naan

Warm the naan bread on the grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side until heated through.

  2. 10

    Prepare the Chips

Set out the potato chips in a serving bowl.
