Method
Ginger Ale
- 1
- 2
Pour 1 cup (one bottle or can) of Boylan Ginger Ale over the ice slowly to preserve carbonation.
- 3
Add 1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice. Stir gently once with a bar spoon to combine — avoid vigorous stirring to keep fizz.
- 4
Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim and serve immediately.
Ginger Beer
- 5
Prepare glass
Select a Collins or mule mug. Add 1 cup of fresh ice to the vessel.
- 6
Slowly pour 1 cup (one bottle or can) of Boylan Ginger Beer over the ice to maintain effervescence.
- 7
Squeeze in 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice and, if using, add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters for aromatic depth. Stir gently once to integrate.
- 8
Twist a lemon peel over the top to express oils, drop it in or hang on the rim as garnish. Serve right away.
Black Cherry
- 9
Prepare glass
Pick a rocks or highball glass and fill with 1 cup of fresh ice.
- 10
Pour 1 cup (one bottle or can) of Boylan Black Cherry soda over the ice slowly to keep carbonation intact.
- 11
Add 1/2 tablespoon fresh lime juice and stir gently once to marry the flavors without flattening the soda.
- 12
Garnish with a maraschino cherry or a fresh cherry on a pick and serve immediately.
