Muddle the Ingredients
In a sturdy glass, muddle the medium oranges (peeled and segmented) along with the fresh basil leaves until the oranges are juicy and the basil is fragrant.

Add Pineapple Juice
Pour in the pineapple juice over the muddled mixture and stir gently to combine the flavors.

Add Ice and Ginger Ale
Fill the glass with ice cubes and then pour the ginger ale over the top. Stir gently to mix.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a basil sprig or an orange slice if desired. Serve immediately.
