Prepare the Chocolate Sauces
In separate bowls, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips and white chocolate chips in the microwave or using a double boiler. Stir until smooth and set aside.

Prepare the Angel Food Cake
Cut the angel food cake into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch in size.

Prepare the Strawberries
Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. If the strawberries are large, you may want to cut them in half.

Assemble the Skewers
Thread the angel food cake cubes and strawberries onto the skewers, alternating between the two. Each skewer should have about 2-3 cake pieces and 2-3 strawberries.

Serve
Arrange the skewers on a serving platter. Serve with the melted chocolate sauces on the side for dipping.
