Charbroiled filet and grilled shrimp on a rosemary skewer, all finished with our housemade peppercorn cognac sauce. Served with Grilled Broccolini and choice of soup or salad.

Prepare the Ingredients
Start by marinating the filet mignon and shrimp with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let them sit for about 15 minutes.

Skewer the Shrimp
Thread the shrimp onto rosemary skewers for grilling.

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add the chopped shallots and sauté until translucent. Carefully add the cognac and cook until reduced by half. Stir in the heavy cream and crushed peppercorns and simmer until the sauce thickens.

Serve
Place the grilled filet and shrimp on a plate, drizzle with the peppercorn cognac sauce, and serve with grilled broccolini on the side.
