Muddle the Mint
In a glass, muddle the fresh mint leaves with the simple syrup to release the mint oils.
Add the Whisky
Pour in the whisky and mix gently with the muddled mint.
Add Seasonal Fruit
Add the fresh seasonal fruit to the glass and stir lightly to combine.
Add Ice
Fill the glass with crushed ice, packing it gently.
Garnish
Top with a sprig of mint for garnish and serve immediately.
