Method
Prepare Glass & Garnish (optional)

Mix Cocktail
- 2
Chill a cocktail shaker by adding a few ice cubes and swirling for 10 seconds, then discard the water. Add the measured Lillet Blanc (2 oz), orange liqueur (0.5 oz), Aperol (0.5 oz), fresh lemon juice (0.5 oz) and strawberry puree (1 oz) to the shaker.
- 3
Add the heavy cream (0.5 oz) to the shaker. The small amount of cream will lend a silky texture and slightly opacify the drink; do not overdo the cream to keep the balance of bitter and bright flavors.
- 4
Fill the shaker with the indicated ice (about 6 medium ice cubes). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds. You want the shaker to become well-chilled and slightly frosted, and for the cream and puree to emulsify into the cocktail.
