1

Prepare and chill glass

Place a coupe or Nick & Nora glass in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice water to chill while you assemble the cocktail.

2

Combine ingredients

In a cocktail shaker add 2 oz London dry gin, 0.75 oz St-Germain, 0.75 oz Dolin Génépyle Chamois, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, and 0.25 oz simple syrup.

3

Add ice and shake

Fill the shaker with ice (enough to nearly fill). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the exterior of the shaker becomes very cold and slightly frosted.

4

Strain

Discard the ice or water from your chilled glass. Double strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe or Nick & Nora using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer to remove small ice shards and any pulp.

5

Garnish and serve

Express an orange or lemon twist over the surface of the drink to release the oils, rub the rim with the twist if desired, then drop the twist into the cocktail. Serve immediately.
