1

Make honey syrup (if not prepared)

Combine equal parts honey and hot water (for example 1/4 cup honey + 1/4 cup hot water). Stir until honey is fully dissolved. Cool to room temperature before using. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

2

Chill a coupe or martini glass by filling it with ice water. Let sit while you mix the cocktail.

3

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz vodka, 0.5 oz dry vermouth, 0.5 oz peach liqueur, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, 0.5 oz honey syrup, and 2 dashes orange bitters.

4

Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup) and secure the lid. Shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is very cold.

5

Discard the ice water from the chilled glass. Double-strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe or martini glass using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer to remove ice shards and any pulp.

6

Express a lemon twist over the drink to release oils, then rub the twist around the rim of the glass and drop it in as garnish.

7

Serve immediately. Enjoy the balanced, slightly floral and silky Cline Cashmere.
