Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes to chill.

Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine Empress Gin and fresh lime juice. Shake gently to mix.

Add to Glass
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.

Add Tonic and Garnish
Top with Jack Rudy’s Small Batch Tonic. Garnish with cucumber slices and a few juniper berries.
