Brew a fresh shot of espresso and set aside to cool slightly.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Malibu Rum, Kahlua, fresh espresso, and pineapple juice.

Add ice cubes to the shaker, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
