Prepare the tomatoes
Dice the tomatoes into small pieces and place them in a bowl.

Add basil and garlic
Chop the fresh basil and mince the garlic cloves. Add them to the bowl with the tomatoes.

Season the mixture
Drizzle the olive oil over the tomato mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.

Prepare the baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Toast the bread
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast for about 5-7 minutes until golden.

Assemble
Remove the toasted baguette from the oven and top each slice with the tomato mixture. Serve immediately.

Prepare the mushrooms
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems.

Make the filling
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Stuff the mushrooms
Using a spoon, fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.

Drizzle with olive oil
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
