Prep & Garnish

1

Prepare rim

On a small plate combine crushed roasted peanuts and a pinch of salt. Wet the rim of a shot glass by rubbing a lemon wedge around it, then dip the rim into the peanut-salt mixture to coat. Set the glass aside.

Mixing

2

Add ice to a cocktail shaker until roughly half full (about 6 ice cubes).

3

Pour 1.5 oz Skrewball peanut butter whiskey, 0.75 oz raspberry liqueur, 0.25 oz fresh lemon juice, 0.25 oz simple syrup, and 0.25 oz heavy cream into the shaker.

4

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and the ingredients are well combined. This chills and slightly dilutes the shot while emulsifying the cream for a smooth texture.

5

Strain the mixture into the prepared rimmed shot glass. Use a fine strainer if you want to keep the surface very smooth.

6

Optional: Carefully float an additional 0.25 oz raspberry liqueur on top by pouring it over the back of a bar spoon to create a visible raspberry layer.

7

Serve immediately and drink in one to two sips.
