Tomato Confit Preparation

Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Cut the heirloom tomatoes into quarters and place them in a baking dish.

Cover the baking dish with foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the tomatoes are tender and fragrant. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, chopped capers, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Add salt and black pepper to the mixture. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
Salad Assembly

In a large salad bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce, prepared tomato confit, and croutons.
