Method

Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Beef Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the creekstone beef patties with salt and pepper. Grill or cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip, place a slice of American cheese on each patty, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the desired doneness is reached.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Red Onion Relish

Thinly slice the red onion. Optionally, you can sauté the sliced onions in a small amount of olive oil until softened, about 5 minutes, for a sweeter flavor.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster. Spread a generous amount of garlic aioli on the bottom half of each bun. Place a lettuce leaf, a cheesy beef patty, crispy bacon, and a spoonful of red onion relish on top. Cover with the top half of the bun.

Truffle Fries Directions

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to resemble fries.

  2. 6

    Fry the Potatoes

In a large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 7

    Season the Fries

While the fries are still hot, drizzle with truffle oil and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
