Method

Salmon Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the salmon fillets and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.

Vegetable Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends off the asparagus.

  2. 5

Toss with Olive Oil and Season

In a bowl, combine the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Quinoa Preparation

  1. 7

    Rinse the Quinoa

Rinse the quinoa under cold water to remove the natural coating that can make it taste bitter.

  2. 8

    Cook the Quinoa

In a medium saucepan, combine the rinsed quinoa, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the water is absorbed and the quinoa is fluffy.
