Preparation of Egg Mixture
- 1
Mix the Egg Mixture
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until well combined and slightly frothy.
Cooking the French Toast
- 2
Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. You can add a small amount of butter or oil to prevent sticking, if desired.
- 3
Dip the Bread
Take each slice of bread and dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated but not soaked.
- 4
Cook the Bread
Place the coated slices of bread onto the heated skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

In a medium bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
Assembling the French Toast Stack
- 6
Stack and Serve
On a plate, stack 2 slices of the cooked French toast. Spread a layer of Nutella on top, followed by a drizzle of maple syrup. Add some fresh mixed berries on top. Repeat with the remaining slices, creating a stack. Top the final slice with more Nutella, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of berries.
