Salad Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the Romaine lettuce under cold running water. Pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or use a salad spinner to remove excess moisture. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
- 2
Add Parmesan Cheese
Grate the Parmesan cheese using a cheese grater and sprinkle it evenly over the torn Romaine lettuce.
- 3
Add Croutons
Add the croutons on top of the lettuce and cheese mixture.
Dressing Preparation
- 4
Make the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.
- 5
Combine Salad and Dressing
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the prepared salad. Toss gently to coat the lettuce, cheese, and croutons evenly with the dressing.
Serving
- 6
Serve the Salad
Serve the Caesar salad immediately, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and croutons if desired.
