    Prepare the Jasmine Tea

    In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the 3 jasmine tea bags. Let steep for about 5 minutes.

    Mash the Blackberries

    While the tea is steeping, rinse the blackberries under cold water. In a bowl, mash the blackberries with a fork until they are mostly broken down, but still have some chunks for texture.

    Combine Ingredients

    After the tea has steeped, remove the tea bags and discard. Add the mashed blackberries to the jasmine tea. Stir in 2 tablespoons of honey to sweeten the mixture. Adjust sweetness according to your taste.

    Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve over ice with a garnish of fresh mint leaves and a slice of lemon.
