Bisque Ingredients

4 cups Heirloom Pumpkins, peeled and diced
1 cup Onion, chopped
3 tsp Garlic, minced
4 cups Vegetable or Chicken Broth
1 cup Heavy cream
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp Celtic sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Nutmeg
2 tbs Fresh Sage, chopped
1 tsp Chili powder

Method

Bisque Directions

1
Prepare the Pumpkin Bisque
Stir in the heavy cream and adjust seasoning to taste. Keep warm until serving.
