Pancake Batter

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Combine Mixtures
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. The batter should be slightly lumpy; do not over-mix.

Preheat Grill
Preheat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.

Cook the Pancakes
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.

Simmer
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
Creme Fraiche

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and buttermilk until well combined.

Cover and let the mixture sit at room temperature for 12-24 hours until thickened.
Spiced Granola

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the oats, honey, cinnamon, salt, and chopped almonds.

Drizzle the melted coconut oil over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Bake
Spread the granola mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Let the granola cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
House Syrup

Pour the maple syrup into a serving pitcher for drizzling over pancakes.
