Measure and combine
Add 2 oz gin, 0.75 oz Cappelletti, 0.5 oz St. Germain, and 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. If you prefer a slightly sweeter profile, add 0.25 oz simple syrup.
- 3
Add ice and shake
Fill the shaker with ice (about 1 cup). Seal and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is very cold and well chilled.
- 4
Strain
Dump the ice or water from the chilled glass. Double-strain the mixture into the chilled coupe or martini glass using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer to remove small ice chips and pulp for a clean texture.

Serve
Serve immediately while cold. The cocktail yields a balanced floral-citrus-aperitivo profile; taste and, if necessary, adjust future batches by adding 0.25–0.5 oz simple syrup for more sweetness or a splash more Cappelletti for bitterness.
