Method
Preparing the Salad

Prepare the Iceberg Lettuce
Cut the iceberg lettuce into wedges and place them on a serving platter.

Prepare the Cherry Tomatoes
Halve the cherry tomatoes and scatter them over the lettuce wedges.
Making the Maple Candied Bacon

Cook the Bacon
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the bacon strips on the sheet and brush with maple syrup.

Bake the Bacon
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from oven and let cool. Once cool, chop into pieces.
Making the Blue Cheese Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, mayonnaise, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Adjust the Consistency
If the dressing is too thick, add more buttermilk to reach your desired consistency.
Assembling the Salad

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the blue cheese dressing over the iceberg wedges and top with the candied bacon pieces.
