Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Baking Dish
In a large baking dish, combine the cherry tomatoes, white beans, garlic, kale, and Swiss chard. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.

Prepare Salmon
Place the salmon fillets on top of the vegetable mixture in the baking dish. Drizzle with white wine, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

Add Panko Topping
In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with chopped fresh herbs. Sprinkle the panko mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

Bake the Dish
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, and the panko is golden brown.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve the salmon over the vegetable mixture, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
