Prepare the Candied Bacon
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the bacon slices on the sheet and brush them with maple syrup. Bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and caramelized. Remove from the oven and let cool before chopping into pieces.

Make the Dressing
In a bowl, mix together the Jasper Hill blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mash the blue cheese with a fork to combine thoroughly.

Assemble the Salad
Cut the iceberg lettuce into wedges and place them on a serving plate. Halve the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle them over the lettuce. Add the chopped candied bacon on top and drizzle with the blue cheese dressing.
