Carrots and Marinade

Method

Preparation and Cooking

1

Prepare the Carrots

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into sticks or rounds, about 1/2 inch thick.

2

Make the Marinade

In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3

Marinate the Carrots

Add the carrot sticks to the marinade and toss to coat. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour for a stronger flavor.

4

Grill the Carrots

Place the marinated carrots on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until they are tender and have grill marks.

5

Serve

Remove the carrots from the grill and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
