Influenced by lager styles from Japan, Germany and the American prohibition. This light bodied, golden lager is our original brew, and a national award winning beer in 2023. It has a malt forward backbone that is accentuated by a crisp, dry finish.

Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the beef patties

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into two equal-sized patties.

2

Cook the patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach the desired doneness.

3

Add cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cover to allow the cheese to melt.

4

Assemble the burger

Toast the burger buns if desired. Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on the bottom bun. Add lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles on top. Finish with the top bun.

5

Serve

Serve the cheeseburger with your choice of salad, fresh fruit, or fries on the side.
