Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the onion, tomato, and bell peppers. Cook the bacon until crispy and chop into small pieces. Sauté the mushrooms and spinach in a pan until softened.

  2. 2

    Beat the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together with a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

  3. 3

    Cook the Omelet

Heat the butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook until the edges start to set.

  4. 4

    Add Fillings

Once the eggs are mostly cooked, add the bacon, cheese, sautéed mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, and spinach to one half of the omelet.

  5. 5

    Fold and Finish

Carefully fold the other half of the omelet over the fillings. Cook for another minute or until the cheese melts and the eggs are fully cooked.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the omelet with house potatoes and toast on the side.
