Method
Cocktail
- 1
Chill glass
Place a coupe or chilled rocks glass in the freezer or fill with ice water while preparing the cocktail to chill it.
- 2
Combine ingredients
Add Svedka vodka, fresh lime juice, fresh lemon juice, orange liqueur, simple syrup, and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker.
- 3
Add ice
Fill the shaker with ice — enough to come about two-thirds of the way up the shaker (about 1 cup).
- 4
Shake
Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds, until the shaker is very cold and you see condensation form on the outside.
- 5
- 6
Strain
Double-strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe or over fresh ice in a rocks glass using a cocktail strainer and a fine mesh strainer to remove ice shards and pulp.
- 7
Simple Syrup (if making from scratch)
- 8
Combine equal parts granulated sugar and water (for example, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water) in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is clear. Remove from heat and cool completely. Store extra syrup in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
