Sprinkle the remaining mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the top of the cheesecake.

Using a kitchen torch, toast the marshmallows until golden brown. (Alternatively, you can place the cheesecake under a broiler for a few minutes, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.)
