Directions
- 1
Prepare the Raspberries
In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh raspberries. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently muddle the raspberries until they are broken down and release their juices.
- 2
Add Vodka
Pour the Prairie Organic Vodka into the shaker with the muddled raspberries.
- 3
Squeeze the Lime
Cut the organic lime in half. Squeeze the juice of half the lime into the shaker with the vodka and raspberries. Reserve the other half for garnish.
- 4
Shake the Mixture
Add ice cubes to the shaker, cover it with the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine all the ingredients and chill the mixture.
- 5
Strain the Mixture
Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the mixture into a copper mug or glass filled with fresh ice cubes. This will remove the raspberry seeds and pulp.
- 6
Top with Ginger Beer
Slowly pour the Cock & Bull Ginger Beer over the strained raspberry and vodka mixture in the mug.
- 7
Garnish
Take the reserved half of the lime and cut it into wedges. Garnish the drink with a lime wedge and a few fresh mint leaves on top for added aroma.
- 8
Serve
Serve the Raspberry Mule immediately and enjoy the refreshing flavors!
