Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice to chill it while you prepare the drink.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Prairie Organic Vodka and fresh squeezed organic grapefruit juice.

Shake
Add some ice to the cocktail shaker, close it tightly, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to combine and chill the drink.

Strain and Serve
Remove the ice from the highball glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass over fresh ice.

Garnish the drink with a wedge of grapefruit on the rim of the glass for an added touch.
