Brisket Sliders

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Brisket

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the brisket with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly over the surface.

  2. 2

    Cook the Brisket

Place the seasoned brisket in a roasting pan. Cover the pan with foil and roast in the preheated oven for 3-4 hours until the meat is tender. Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to allow a crust to form.

  3. 3

    Slice the Brisket

Once cooked, remove the brisket from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. Slice the brisket into small portions that will fit in the slider buns.

  4. 4

    Fry the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add a little olive oil. Crack an egg into the skillet and cook until the whites are set and the yolk is still runny, about 3-4 minutes. Repeat with the remaining eggs.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Sliders

On each slider bun, place a slice of brisket, optional cheese slice, and top it with a sunny side-up egg. Sprinkle fresh herbs if desired.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the sliders warm, and enjoy your delicious Mushugawich Sliders for brunch!
