Prepare the hot dogs
In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Carefully add the Vienna beef hot dogs to the boiling water and cook for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.

Toast the buns
While the hot dogs are cooking, slice the hot dog buns open without cutting all the way through. Toast them on a grill or in a toaster oven until lightly golden.

Add toppings
Garnish each hot dog with slices of tomato, a dill pickle spear, and one or two sport peppers. Sprinkle a pinch of celery salt on top for added flavor.

Serve the Chicago Vienna Dogs immediately while hot, alongside additional mustard and relish if desired.
