Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and trim excess fat. Pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

Apply your Spicy House BBQ rub generously over both sides of the ribs. Let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Smoker

Soak cherrywood chips in water for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C) and add the soaked wood chips.

  4. 4

    Smoke the Ribs

Place the ribs in the smoker, bone side down. Smoke for about 4-5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 190°F (88°C).

  5. 5

    Apply BBQ Sauce

During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with Spicy House BBQ sauce several times.

  6. 6

    Rest and Serve

Remove the ribs from the smoker, let them rest for 10-15 minutes, then slice and serve.
