Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- 2
Make the Béchamel Sauce
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute until bubbly. Gradually add the milk, whisking continuously to avoid lumps. Cook until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper, and nutmeg.

Mix Pasta and Béchamel
In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni with the béchamel sauce and mix well. Fold in the grated Cheddar, Gruyère, and Parmesan cheeses until evenly distributed.

- 4
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet, cook the diced bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 5
Mix Breadcrumbs and Bacon
In a small bowl, combine the crispy bacon, breadcrumbs, and olive oil. Mix until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated.
Assembly and Baking

Assemble the Casserole
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumb and bacon mixture evenly over the top.
