Method
Prepare the Wings

Season and Oil the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Toss until the wings are well coated.

Bake the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
Prepare the Sauces

Make the BBQ Sauce
Once the wings are almost done, heat the BBQ sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until warmed. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce and garlic powder until combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley until well mixed. Remove from heat and set aside.
Toss and Serve

Plate and Serve
Arrange the wings on a platter with celery sticks on the side. Serve with ranch dressing for dipping.
