Prepare the Salad Base

Wash and Tear Romaine Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water to remove any dirt. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.
Make the Croutons

Prepare the Bread
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into small cubes, approximately 1-inch in size.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
Prepare the Dressing

Mix the Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Assemble the Salad

Combine Ingredients
Add the torn romaine lettuce to the bowl with the dressing and toss until the lettuce is evenly coated. Add the croutons and shredded parmesan cheese on top.
