Method

Hummus Preparation

1

Prepare the Chickpeas

Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas. If you prefer a creamier texture, you can peel the chickpeas by removing the skins.

2

Blend the Ingredients

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, and water. Blend until smooth.

3

Adjust the Consistency

If the hummus is too thick, add a little more water, one tablespoon at a time, until you reach your desired consistency.

4

Add Paprika

Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and sprinkle paprika on top for garnish. Drizzle a bit of olive oil for extra flavor.

Olives Preparation

5

Prepare the Olives

In a small bowl, combine the green and black olives. If desired, you can add a drizzle of olive oil and some herbs for extra flavor.

Artichoke Preparation

6

Serve the Artichokes

Drain the marinated artichoke hearts and arrange them on the board or platter.

Marcona Almonds Preparation

7

Prepare Marcona Almonds

Place the Marcona almonds in a small bowl to serve alongside the board.

Piquillo Peppers Preparation

8

Arrange Piquillo Peppers

Drain the piquillo peppers and arrange them on the board or platter.

Naan Preparation

9

Warm the Naan

Warm the naan bread in a skillet or oven for a few minutes until soft and pliable. Cut into halves or quarters for serving.
