Method

Preparing Eggs

  1. 1

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter or oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and season with salt and black pepper. Cook the eggs to your preference: sunny-side up, over-easy, or scrambled, about 2-4 minutes.

Cooking Hashbrowns

  1. 2

    Prepare the Hashbrowns

In a separate skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the frozen hashbrowns and spread them evenly in the skillet. Season with onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.

Toasting Bread

  1. 3

    Toast the Bread

While the eggs and hashbrowns are cooking, toast 2 slices of bread in a toaster or on a skillet. Once toasted, spread 1 tablespoon of butter on each slice.

Cooking Meat

  1. 4

    Cook the Meat

In a small skillet, cook the chosen meat (sausage, bacon, or ham) according to package instructions or until heated through. Sausage links or patties may take about 5-8 minutes, bacon will take about 3-4 minutes, and ham will take about 2-3 minutes.
