Method

Patty Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Grill/Skillet

Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Season Patty

Season the Angus beef patty with salt and pepper to taste on both sides.

  3. 3

    Cook Patty

Place the seasoned patty on the grill/skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C) for medium doneness.

  4. 4

    Melt Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of white cheddar cheese on top of the patty to melt.

Bacon Preparation

  1. 5

    Cook Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the cherrywood bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 4-6 minutes.

  2. 6

    Drain Bacon

Once cooked, place the bacon on a paper towel to absorb excess grease.

Burger Assembly

  1. 7

    Toast Bun

Toast the burger bun lightly on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  2. 8

    Spread Aioli

Spread the aioli evenly on the bottom half of the toasted bun.

  3. 9

    Add Patty

Place the cooked Angus patty with melted cheddar on top of the aioli.

  4. 10

    Add Bacon

Layer the crispy cherrywood bacon on top of the patty.

  5. 11

    Add Garnish

Add a leaf of lettuce, followed by tomato slices and pickles on top.

  6. 12

    Complete Burger

Top with the other half of the bun to complete the burger.
